Moscow: A powerful explosion outside an upscale restaurant in central Moscow has left at least three people dead and more than 20 injured, prompting Russian authorities to launch a terrorism investigation. The blast occurred after a woman carrying an improvised explosive device attempted to enter the venue before being stopped by security.
