Our mission is to become the largest venture capital and financial services consulting

conglomerate in Second Life. iVentures will be recognized as an innovative business

provider. We will provide our clients with a level of assistance that surpasses their

highest expectations. Our organization will come to represent the ideal business partner

for entrepreneurs who wish to start and grow a new company, and acquire existing

businesses that are value-added in our investment portfolio. We pursue businesses and

Our Business

We invest with other private equity firms in early- and mid-stage companies

that are pursuing high-risk, high-return business opportunities.

We will concentrate principally on Second Life businesses that target fast

growing emerging markets, where they have the potential to achieve dominance in their

niche. We are interested in new products and services where we can invest in

companies that have the potential to increase shareholder value and drive substantial

revenues and profits.

We believe our long-term orientation and value-added approach to venture

We primarily focus on financing new, growing, or struggling businesses. We

believe in providing entrepreneurs and businesses services with the opportunity to

succeed including Venture Capital, Business Financing, Management Consulting, and

Financial Analysis to build a niche in Second Life and in the global economy with funding

from interested investors and capitalists. Due to the lack of collateral, earnings, and

history required to get a loan, traditional debt financing is not always available to start-
