Second Life: Reported in the New York Post, a Queens man is being sued by some Second Life business owners for counterfeiting and selling versions of their products. What's so wrong with copying imaginary products in what many would consider a video game...
Video game or platform is the question. Many have debated the topic - from scammers stealing linden, gambling within second life and avatars ripping off designs. Gone is hiding behind your IP address, taskforces have been set up and it goes a little like this...."Bad boys bad boys Watcha gonna do, whatcha gonna do when they come for you" sung to the theme song of "Cops" :P Seriously though, alot of time and effort goes into online games and creation, real life energy is used, so why should some one take that from you and claim "it is just a game". We all have an opinion about it, so I invite you to express yours. More reading on the original story is here @ the New York Post
