by Arbitrage Wise, CEO Wise Metaverse One of our customers asked me today (and he wasn't the first), that isn't our business model of paying higher interest to smaller customers the opposite model of RL banks or investment companies? It is, if your goal is to be an investment company or bank, but that's not our ultimate goal.

by Arbitrage Wise, CEO Wise Metaverse I'm sure some are wondering why I chose to relinquish the CEO position of CapEx, since it has not even been 30 days since we acquired it. However, my intentions were never to be the CEO permanently. My goal was to fill in and clean up the exchange, then find a suitable successor which I feel I have. Bogart has displayed the ability to run an exchange much better than I can. The best way to build a business is to replace yourself with someone that's better than you, and I have no problem turning over CapEx to someone that can do a better job, nor any humility in admitting it.

By Arbitrage Wise, CEO Wise Metaverse I should be continuing my personal Bio, but I figured I better post the below Guest Post I made for "Second Life Millionaire" (http://second-life-millionaire.blogspot.com/). It kind of reiterates alot of what I have already said about the current state of my businesses, but provides some updated information. Enjoy! Most people already know who JT Financials is. And I think most people want to know how we can possibly provide the interest rate we do. Well, believe it or not, we do some sophisticated RL arbitrage trading that CAN provide us the interest. But, let's assume we didn't and just take a look at things from an in-world perspective.

Wow – it’s been a while since I’ve blogged. I’ve been so busy that I haven’t had the chance to even sit down to write something. Plus, as a business owner, you’re walking a fine line when blogging because you need to be politically correct, but at the same time, share your thoughts with your readers. But we’ll give it a try anyways. SLCC – It wasn’t what I expected. I didn’t get much from the business track. Even though having the opportunity to sit down (to his right to be exact) and have lunch with Philip Linden did make the entire trip worthwhile. I had the chance to present JTF to him and sort of give him an idea of what we plan on doing in the financial sector. Hopefully, we assured him that we won’t be giving him more headaches after the Ginko incident.

By Arbitrage Wise, CEO Wise Metaverse Those who know me know that I DO NOT give out free money (except if it’s for camping) simply because I want people earn money and learn how to support themselves, instead of receiving handouts. Having said that, I feel that the IPO of the Wise Motors Distribution Corporation (Capex: WMDC) is as close to a free handout as you can get. The business model is sound, and profits can be made. I would be shocked if the business did not make back what it raised in IPO in less than a few months. It’s only going to cost you 1,500,000L to buy up 75% of the business, so this is as cheap as it’s going to get. Why am I making it so cheap? Two reasons.

By Arbitrage Wise, C.E.O. Wise Metaverse For the last few weeks, I have been sitting on the sideline observing all of these situations without saying anything because I did not want to get JT Financial involved in all of the mess. But it is hard for me to sit on the sideline developing legitimate businesses to help grow Second Life, only to watch a hand full of people suck the life out of it. So here goes my anger post:
