VSTEX.net Communications Director Samantha Goldflake announced today that the virtual securities exchange would be launching a new web-based support system.

"The VSTEX virtual stock exchange has experienced a steady growth over the last month and the trend is still strong," said Goldflake in an announcement at the exchange website. "So far our staff handled support requests and questions even off their assigned working schedule, but at the current level they're no longer able to cater to everyone in a timely and organized manner."

Goldflake reports that users logging into the site will now find a new menu item to the left labeled "VSTEX Support," an option leading to a section where individuals will be able to open and check support tickets concerning exchange-related matters.

In-world support from VSTEX is now discontinued.

Dear "getting better?" and SLReports.net User, I'll try to answer you
both.

We are well aware that we should increase our global brand awareness,
but one should make some consideration first.

We started in August 2007.
hence we're pretty new. Nor our CEO, nor any of our directors (including me)
have previous or ongoing activities in the SL financial world, while on the
other side you see the very same faces everywhere.

We really started from
scratch and on our own. Right now there are 8 companies in our trading room, 1
is in IPO stage, 6 are waiting to start their IPO. Doesn't seem bad to
me.

Being "mainstream" is not really a guarantee. Was Ginko
mainstream? I think so, look what happened.

We do care about investors and
the financial community at large. As long as investors are safe and happy, we're
glad, even if they don't do business with us.

As for our "attacks" on
ACE, it's the newly born stock exchange that started the fires with a company
profile where other exchanges were criticized and put down. Not only that's not
fair, but everything was based upon twisted facts and hype.

Then, I never
accused anyone to have stolen any software. That's a claim from IntLibber
Brautigan and he has yet to prove it. No apologies are due.

There's nothing I
or the VSTEX have to fear. We're open to the press and to everyone. Our
behaviour is simply crystal clear and that's about it.

Samantha Goldflake seems more interested in marketing vstex by attacking ACE.
That seems pretty negative. She's even resorted to lying about ACE, claiming
they stole their software, when its been widely announced they not only paid 1
million L$ for the software from its owner, but they paid its developer, Unoti
Quonset, to install the software. Why would he do that if it was stolen? And how
would they steal it anyways? It seems to me like Samantha owes ACE an apology
and needs to start operating in a more positive manner.

one of my big problems with vstex.net is that they seem to have little to no
brand presence in the financial community, & seem to be really stand-off-ish
with the slcapex, ise, wse, & ace investors.... almost like they dont care where
we take our money much less if we actually bring it to them. i guess they do
have their following but they dont really seem mainstream enough to succeed in
the longrun in the sl financial community.
