FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - Second Life, Talyn (235, 37, 61) - Effective immediately the trading of Atlas Venture Capital (AVC), Countless Galaxies (CGI), Bart Heart Estates (BHE), Valentine Heart Inc. (VHI), Kristatos Fashion Mall (KFM), and Mystik Designs (MDS) have been halted and removed from the International Stock Exchange (ISE). Additionally, all investors will be refunded on trades of AVC, CGI, BHE, VHI, KFM, and MDS.

In an effort to protect investors and cut down on insider trading, we are implementing a policy of disclosing all CEO's stock transactions in direct relation to their listed company. Furthermore, all CEO's and their alts that resolve to the same IP address will have their transactions displayed for the last 10 days.

For reasons of privacy, safety and security of all of the listed companies, the International Stock Exchange WILL NOT publish the IP addresses of any of our investors, CEO's or their alts.

Due to the ISE decision, the six companies refereced above mutually decided to delist from the International Stock Exchange and join a "Community based stock exchange".

"We wish the companies that are leaving good fortune and wish them success.  We try hard to protect the shareholder and feel strongly that disclosing CEO's stock transactions is key for the financial community of Second Life.", was Cocky Dagger, CEO of ISE departing statement to the delisted companies.

The International Stock Exchange continues to maintain its position of high standards towards investment trading.

Does anyone know what ". . . all investors will be refunded on trades of
AVC, CGI, BHE, VHI, KFM, and MDS[,]" means? It's the last line of the first
paragraph. Is ISE going to buy out all of the stock currently in transition to
Vstex?

Jasper, i've just bribed VSTEX management and all investors to introduce rule
144... but heres the good news, i'm starting 5 new exchanges out of wich 3 don't
have rule 144 and 2 are for sale... So at 24th you can once again move to a new
exchange, actualy i have no problem seeing you move 5 times, should you miss the
3 first times you'll be able to still land on the exchange that allows you to
trade to your alts in complete freedom (you don't want your investors to know
about your dirty trades, and we respect that!)

NOTE: i can't guarantee the 2
last exchanges won't introduce rule 144, but i have a solution for you there, in
case that rule should be introduced i can create the 6th exchange.

Jasper has interviewed with both Farquot Gustafson and myself, and we will be
getting his quotes and a great story posted tonight with any luck.

For those
of you that don't know, Jasper has always been a good friend to SLR. His VSTEX
decision seems strange to me but perhaps after beating him up a bit more tonight
before posting we can clarify his side of the story.

Lets lay off Jasper, he just lost his business. Selling shares of his worthless
stock to newbs.

What a joke. At least get your stories straight! You say that 144 is the
reason for delisting (or at least for delisting earlier than planned, whatever),
while your friend Mr. Heart still insists 144 had nothing to do with the
decision and it was the ISE auction - which subsequently got cancelled - that
caused him to delist. Who should we believe? You guys are pathetic. Worst of
all is how you don't realize that running around listing and delisting your
twopenny equities every time there's some drama you can't handle makes the
entire SL financial scene highly unstable and extremely unattractive to
potential investors. You guys seem to enjoy cutting off your noses just to
spite your faces, but let me tell you, it stinks.

Readers are strongly
advised to stay away from any and all SL investment institutions, stock
exchanges etc., and come back only when the key players grow up.

Not true statement. I was already moving to the VSTEX exchange prior to this so
called 144 rule was announced. The fact that the real life 144 rule was nothng
like what the ISE was trying to do, and the fact that I was told by the chairman
of the SLEC that this action was against SL TOS we delisted early. When I
announced that AVC will not be posting a bid for the ISE was the point we
decided to make the move to VSTEX exchange. The VSTEX is currently not available
and the operators are on vacation. We will be listed on aug 23 or shortly
thereafter.
