Lindsay Druart Considers U-Turn By SL Hak It appears that L&L Credit Agency (LCA) and L&L Financial Services (LNL) may not be placed into bankruptcy as Lindsay first announced on the Capex forums. A storm of protest put Lindsay in a spin for most of the day, the following is her new plan, which has been supplied courtesy of a concerned shareholder. Follow the Capex thread HERE .
“I would like to combine all L&L companies under one roof. One reporting. One company as L&L Corporation. All debt and liabilities of LLFS and LLCA be issues shares in the company to alleviate the transfer of illiquid debt to combine the success of LLRS who is debt free and profitable. LLFS and LLCA assets will be combined with LLRS. LLFS and LLCA will be combined as divisions of revenue rather than separate companies. Right now LLRS trades at about 1.50 a share and all conversions will be based on that. LLFS and LLCA divisions will be rebuilt hinging on the support of all entities working together under one roof than all separate. Initially, this will devalue the LLRS share price and flood the market with shares that will tank the share price short term. However, in the long run, revenue will be combined and give a higher potential for ROI. Short term, LLRS and its divisions will be holding the weight of profitability but LLFS and LLCA will have a fresh start to be able to operate with out the cloud enhancing the overall value of the company. There is no plan to do a secondary or anything of that nature but may be considered after the divisions are brought back online and showing income. This will take a great deal of time to combine all three along with outstanding liabilities for both companies. No promises of buy backs or dividend made to ensure that we under promise and over deliver. This is not the most "friendly" option but this is the best option from my eyes that has the most long term potential.” Do you have more on this story, if so please contact Hak on
