For SLReports.net

Echoing hints made earlier in the month, Ancapistan Capital Exchange (ACE) CEO Intlibber Brautigan released the official ACE traffic results for the month of November today.

"Website hits for November totalled 160,000, in line with our prior projections for the month, and a new record, 70,000 hits over Octobers record 90,000 hits."

"Our Adsense account registered 189 click throughs, a 0.13% conversion rate, with an average Effective Cost Per Thousand Impressions of $0.63 (this is not a direct payment for traffic but for those clicking through), up from Octobers performance of $0.58, an 8% monthly improvement. Our earnings on Adsense for the month total $100.00, which covers approximately 91% of our monthly server fees. This is up 25% from last months revenues of a little over $80 US."

The forecast for Quarter 4 look good at the moment, "Combined with our sales of unneeded mainland properties and reductions of tier expenses, Q4 profits should range between L$140k-L$160k or more, depending on December performance."

I'm sure the 160,000 pageviews is as reported by Google's Adsense metrics. I
know these numbers are correct because the ACE adsense account was mine before
he took it back over in October.

Also before I left, the last full month that
I had control over the account, we saw a jump similar to what Intlibber is
reporting in the November results.

I think IntLibber's point in posting the
traffic numbers is that ACE has been increasing month over month and is not
necessary interested in quibbling over hits vs. pageviews. :)

Thanks for the insight guys.

We should all stay as vigilent tracking the
results of EVERY publicly traded company, as only a single set of eyes sees a
single set of results.

I would have to agree with that statement Samantha.

It must be noted, for the sake of clarity.

ACE
is reporting "hits", a web metric quite different
than "pageviews".

Definition of "hit"
from http://en.wikipedia. org/wiki/Web_analyti cs

Hit - A request for a file from the web server. Available only in
log analysis. The number of hits received by a website
is frequently cited to assert its popularity, but
this number is extremely misleading
and dramatically over-estimates popularity. A
single web-page typically consists of multiple (often dozens)
of discrete files, each of which is counted as a hit as the
page is downloaded, so the number of hits is really
an arbitrary number more reflective of the complexity
of individual pages on the website than the website's
actual popularity. The total number of visitors or
page views provides a more realistic and accurate
assessment of popularity.

It may be less misleading to report actual pageviews, as we
do.

Another reason I have to believe the numbers is that Brautigan told me
off-the-record about midway through the month that the numbers were
threw-the-roof, but was unwilling to discuss the numbers in a public manner
until they were all the way in.

When he jumped over me and reported them on
the ACE website on November 25th they were in line with what he had told me more
than a week before that.

Also, the final numbers as posted today were pretty
much inline with those original numbers.

Consiste nce is a virtue when trying
to verify facts that can only be taken for face value or less.

I have been
trying to develop similarly open relationships with all CEOs, Board Members, and
Individual Investors so that only the best and most accurate information is
reported as fact. Everyone is invited to take part in the process.

A healthy
market is an open market.

The information is interesting, but mixed in what it tells me.....

I think it
is prudent to go on the numbers that Brautigan is reporting if, in fact, a
dividend is paid, as this is the ultimate indicator.

In the end the only
numbers that matter are the only one that pay.

I know full well from having
multiple websites being monitored from INTERNAL counters that the results can
differ for different reasons.

If this was a viewable discrepency that had
immediate market impact (sharevalue) it may warrent attention of an
"investigative reportage" angle, but instead, webtraffic is only a
secondary portion of ACE income, and indicative on market activity (which daily
volume more importantly and immediately tracks) rather than a revenue source in
and of itself.

If, on the other hand, after quarter 4, ACE fails to make good
on it's L$140,000-L$160,000 profit forecast, then this will no doubt be an area
to look into.

My feeling is that Brautigan has no reason to fudge traffic
numbers, as they are (other than my own reporting) only seen on the ACE site
itself.

My other feeling is that anti-exchange warfare is almost entirely
pointless as the same users typically use all 3 or 4 of the active
exchanges.
