A SLReports.net reader was kind enough to pass me a notecard this morning that includes a very interesting conversation that occurred between VSTEX.net Communications Director Samantha Goldflake and Ancapistan Capital Exchange's Chairman IntLibber Brautigan.

Among several allegations were Brautigan's claim that Goldflake had been telling customers that the Ancapistan Capital Exchange trading software was stolen. In the other corner, Goldflake was still persisting that Brautigan alter AnCapEx's prospectus, which contains heated references to other Second Life stock exchanges.

At one point, Brautigan actually called for Goldflake to be fired, claiming that she was a "known liar" and represented her exchange poorly.

Take a look:

[14:56] IntLibber Brautigan: I'd like to announce that ACE is back online and trading, we will have ATMs out shortly.
[14:57] Samantha Goldflake: Then maybe you can correct the ACE company prospectus
[14:57] IntLibber Brautigan: What correction?
[14:58] IntLibber Brautigan: BTW, Samantha, I expect you to retract your claim that we stole our software
[14:58] IntLibber Brautigan: and I expect an apology for your slander
[14:58] Samantha Goldflake: Brautigan, I have no clue about your software

[14:58] IntLibber Brautigan: Unoti Quonset works for us.
[14:58] IntLibber Brautigan: Then stop making slanderous statements
[14:59] Samantha Goldflake: Yeah. Sure.
[14:59] IntLibber Brautigan: what about an apology?
[14:59] Samantha Goldflake: Anyway I never talked about the software you're using
[14:59] IntLibber Brautigan: liar
[14:59] IntLibber Brautigan: I have AVC chatlog of you claiming we stole it
[15:00] Samantha Goldflake: lol
[15:00] IntLibber Brautigan: no lol
[15:00] IntLibber Brautigan: your a slanderer and a liar
[15:00] Monkey Canning: hey hey hey... dont bring me in to this ; )
[15:00] IntLibber Brautigan: I will be asking that Tobia fire you
[15:00] Samantha Goldflake: Sure, ask :)
[15:00] IntLibber Brautigan: an exchange cant have a rep who is a known liar
[15:00] Monkey Canning: now now, you 2 should kiss and make up, shes got nice legs u know
[15:00] IntLibber Brautigan: or we can publicize it in the media
[15:01] Samantha Goldflake: IntLibber, feel free to do what you want
[15:01] IntLibber Brautigan: The problem here is that you feel free to do as you want regardless of the facts
[15:01] IntLibber Brautigan: that is not responsible representation of a stock exchange
[15:02] IntLibber Brautigan: and opens your company up to tort claims
[15:02] Samantha Goldflake: IntLibber, if you have any evidences, feel free to use them. You have my authorization
[15:03] IntLibber Brautigan: It was a public chat, so I dont need your authorization :)
[15:03] Samantha Goldflake: lol oke. Whatever
[15:03] Samantha Goldflake: I just wanted to invite you to prove your facts
[15:04] Monkey Canning: not taking any sides, but there just one problem with SL chat... u cant rely on it... for example
[15:04] Monkey Canning: [15:03] Samantha Goldflake: Oh monkey, you are so wonderfull, ofcourse U can have an ATM right away
[15:04] Monkey Canning: thanks sam : 0
[15:04] Samantha Goldflake: lol
[15:04] IntLibber Brautigan: The facts are that We paid Investor Allen 1 Million L$ for the software, and we paid Unoti Quonset to install the software.
[15:04] IntLibber Brautigan: since Unoti wrote the software
[15:04] IntLibber Brautigan: and allen owns it
[15:05] IntLibber Brautigan: we therefore have legally obtained it
[15:05] Samantha Goldflake: I don't even know who Unoti Quonset is, go figure lol
[15:05] IntLibber Brautigan: ah, too bad that someone so ignorant and incompetent is representing a stock exchange
[15:06] IntLibber Brautigan: As anybody who isn't an idiot in SL knows, Unoti wrote the software used by AVIX, SLCapex, and now ACE
[15:06] Monkey Canning: im an idiot ; (
[15:06] IntLibber Brautigan: pftt your just forgetful Monkey, I told you this already
[15:07] Samantha Goldflake: IntLibber, you should wash your mouth :)
[15:07] Bittle Paine: Hello all
[15:07] Bittle Paine: Mr. Brautigan... do you represent ACE?
[15:07] Samantha Goldflake: I don't sell software, nor I make it. So I don't need to know who your or anybody else programmer is
[15:08] Bittle Paine: Perhaps you could send me a land mark if you do... I d like to check out your exchange.
[15:09] IntLibber Brautigan: Well Samantha, I recommend that when you dont know what your talking about, that spewing BS you hear from the rumor mill is not a wise way for an exchange PR rep to operate
[15:09] Bittle Paine: Thank you sir... I was right about the smear campaigns... they never work.
[15:10] Monkey Canning: lol indeed
[15:10] IntLibber Brautigan: yes
[15:10] Samantha Goldflake: IntLibber, consider yourself lucky that I think the abuse report is a waste of time
[15:10] IntLibber Brautigan: Samantha, you abuse reporting me? thats laughable
[15:10] IntLibber Brautigan: further evidence of your incompetence
[15:11] Samantha Goldflake: Actually I just said I wasn't gonna do it
[15:11] IntLibber Brautigan: Threatening to abuse report someone is, in fact, a ToS violation....
[15:11] Samantha Goldflake: But thanks for entertaining me :)
[15:11] Samantha Goldflake: So abuse report me, lol
[15:12] IntLibber Brautigan: I suggest you read the LL terms of service before making such statements
[15:12] Bittle Paine: That is probably enough, Mr. Brautigan... your point was made... no need to continue.
[15:12] Aisha Hirano: STOP please, IM
[15:12] Samantha Goldflake ywans
[15:12] Bittle Paine: Lets get back to the warm fuzzy feelings we were having... a few minutes ago
[15:13] Samantha Goldflake: Well, I do believe that IntLibber will run out of fuel soon
[15:13] Monkey Canning: and the good news is, we now have a capex machine in AVC finance centre... whos going to be next?
[15:13] IntLibber Brautigan: ACE will
[15:14] Bittle Paine laughs... shakes head at Mr. Canning
[15:14] Samantha Goldflake: If you come now to Monkey's place we can shake hands, IntLibber :)
[15:14] Monkey Canning: kiss and make up.. its much more fun
[15:14] Bittle Paine: Ahh... TP me Mr. Canning
[15:14] Bittle Paine: I like the kiss and make up bit
[15:14] Bittle Paine: I m not even fighting... and I m willing to do it
[15:14] Samantha Goldflake: lol

The chat log supports what has grown into an outright hateful relationship between AnCapEx and VSTEX.net, perpetuated by Goldflake and Brautigan in vicious back-and-forth allegations.

Although I received this notecard today, the timestamps make me think that this conversation actually took place yesterday. I should also note that despite IntLibber Brautigan's claims to the contrary, as of the time this story was posted AnCapEx.net was still not loading for me after several attempts to access the exchange site.

Stay tuned to SLReports.net for more information.

Sam, Sam, Sam, keep hanging around with the boys on VSTEX and you'll tell
yourself anything to make yourself believe the little ones make you happy.
Everybody knows thats the lie a woman tells her inadequate partner.... "size
doesn't matter", ha, as she heads out the door to go see her well hung
boyfriend...
SLReports.net User   |2007-11-11 11:07:25
I'm sure thats what you keep telling the kids at vstex... the air of inferiority
complexes runs thick, its no wonder Sam has to attack ACE.
Samantha Goldflake  - We are very well aware of BNT     |2007-11-11 00:37:12
Size does not matter, IntLibber Brautigan. Enough said.

Once again, Samantha gets her facts mixed up or entirely wrong, once again. I
was not speaking about when SLCapex maliciously and without any rational basis
delisted BNT, I was speaking about early August, when Arb bought the AVIX
exchange from Allen. I and two other estate owners were discussing moving to
vstex, they both relisted there, vstex was so disorganized they had no clue the
size of BNT or the amount of trade volume we could bring to their little
exchange (i.e. BNT traded over 3 million shares in the first few weeks of
September, as an example). BNT lists and trades where it is appreciated.
Exchanges that fail to appreciate what BNT can bring to their market dont get
our listing or our investments.
Samantha Goldflake  - VSTEX answer to IntLibber Brau     |2007-11-10 17:42:36
We were contacted by BNT because they wanted a "temporary home" for
trading while they were gonna build their own stock exchange. This had to go on
for about a month.

This proposal wasn't appealing at all and yes, we never
answered. The answer it would have been no anyways. Investors should be treated
right, not moved in a month from a stock exchange, then to another one and then
again to the supposedly final destination.

I already posted about the ACE
prospectus and since it doesn't seem changed at all, then my critics
stand.

As for the CGI shareholders list, it was correct from day
one.

The facts are, that BNT was never hostile toward Vstex. Back when a number of
companies moved to vstex in early August, we were looking at doing so as well,
but vstex people never responded to us, so we decided to continue with our own
plans for ACE. We've always spoken positively about vstex, and any assertions by
Samantha that we attacked vstex in the ACE Prospectus are patently false. Our
negative experiences investing in SL have solely involved WSE and SLCapex. We
are actually quite happy that people on vstex were able to revive KFM's stock,
we had a sizable investment in that which we had written off. We really don't
know why Samantha chose to start attacking us after our past good experiences
with vstex.

The only negative experience with vstex really was that we were
given an incomplete shareholder list for CGI, which led to errors in the merger
of CGI with BNT. It was only after these came to light and we got a correct list
from vstex were the errors corrected, but we would not have made errors in the
first place if we had been provided accurate data by VsTex in the first place.
Samantha Goldflake  - Dear Concerned Investor     |2007-11-08 17:35:25
We have no doubts on the fact that IntLibber Brautigan is really working hard on
something.

Anyway when it comes to attacks, the ACE profile is a good example
of them. It's not really a comparison between the ACE and its competitors, but
something else and we posted a press release about that, already.

Then it was
IntLibber Brautigan who came to our public chat group and made false accusation
about me claiming the ACE software was stolen. The day after, if you really want
to know, he came again to our chat group accusing me to be Lindsay Druart.

Of
course he never backed up even one of his claims.

Less focus on who has got
the better exchange? Again, read the ACE profile on their website and then you
tell me...

Bringing in new investors? We're doing it, already.

Let me know
if you have any questions.

SLReports.net User  - Who gives a damn about Intlibb   |2007-11-08 16:55:59
I want to meet this Bittle Paine person! :=)
Concerned Investor  - My thoughts on this.   |2007-11-08 09:18:59
Int acts the way he does because he's working hard to make a great company and
is constantly being attacked or critized for every action. Sometimes he doesn't
deal with it in the most productive way, however what you are seeing is a
passionate person who is building a successful company that is one of the
pillars of SL.

Whether you realize or not, BnT is involved in or has made
sizable investments in the foundation of the SL community as a whole. It is a
great company run by great people. The Ancapistan continent is arguably some of
the best managed sims in SL.

As to the exchanges, did we learn nothing from
the last few months? Remember May 07 folks? Fighting in public does nothing
but harm investor sentiment and foster ill will in the community as a whole. We
need less focus on whose got the better exchange and more focus on stablizing
the financial sector and bringing in new investors to the capital markets. Wake
up! If there is no one to invest then there will be no exchanges.
SLReports.net User  - whats up with this person   |2007-11-08 05:56:09
I'm sorry everytime is see IntLibber Brautigan chat he seem always attacking,
blaming, or complaning about something.
What is up with this person.
Samantha Goldflake  - No need to apologize :)     |2007-11-07 13:47:23
Maybe I sounded a little rude, it's only that I would rather like to keep
working on the VSTEX. Instead, I have to keep IntLibber Brautigan at
bay.

There's nothing I have to hide, so It's not a problem to have one more
news about our bad relationship with ACE.

Anyway I am willing to skip over
this. Should ACE change "marketing tactics", we would be happy to work
with them for the good of the financial community at large.

Anyway you made a mistake Xavier. IntLibber stated I accused him on the AVC chat
group to have stolen AVIX/SLCAPEX software, not VSTEX as you posted.

VSTEX
uses a custom solution built internally. The programmers are our CEO Tobia
Forcella and other people holding the majority of VSTEX shares.

I did invite,
and still invite IntLibber Brautigan to back up his claims. As I said yesterday,
I really have no clue about software backends for any stock exchange. I am a PR
person, not a software engineer and over at the VSTEX (stock exchange) we do not
sell software solutions.

So, it's not a requirement for me to know about
software platforms. Go figure if I can compare them as an external
observer.

That said, this chat session was followed by several of our users,
only a few of them did post while Brautigan was trying to make an impression on
me.

I leave to them the judgement. As a sidenote, the ANCAPEX loads for
me.
