5-Star Luminos Dividend Rated Real Estate Stock Still Delivering Returns For Investors....

GS Residential Properties (GRP : VSTEX) has maintained it's 5-Star Luminos Dividend Rating with another strong month in November, turning in a shareholder profit of L$20,000.

Back in May GRP(VSTEX) acquired 100% of the assets and properties of the ABA Real State for L $ 102,000. The ABA Real State had a land bank of 30,000 SQM divided into plots of 512 and 1024sqm. With this acquisition the GS Residential Properties consolidated its main activities in the marketing of land.

GRP(VSTEX) is currently trading in the L$2.27 range on low volume for the month, and along with the 6-Star Rating, GRP(VSTEX) has a 6DYA (6-Month Dividend Yield Average) of L$0.02132189.
