Cash Yiyuan, CEO of SLReports.net (SLR : SLCAPEX) until just recently, has joined the Board of Directors of HI-FIve™.

CEO Tue Torok announced earlier today, "Orage Lubitsch agreed to become a member in the Board of Directors when we opened up the IPO. But due to real life complications that he needs to take care of, he is no longer able to fulfill that position within HIFI. I am sorry on behalf of Orage, that he needs to give up this opportunity, but I fully understand his situation, since I have been in similar situation before."

Torok added, "I am very pleased to have a great mind, with sublime business understanding in the Board of Directors. With Cash and Bogart behind the scenes I am very confident that HIFI will be given very good advice and counseling in regards to future operations of the company."

Yiyuan is a very visible member of the SLCAPEX investing community, with Top 10 shareholder positions in BIG(SLCAPEX), NIC(SLCAPEX), SLCX(SLCAPEX), SLR(SLCAPEX), and WPM(SLCAPEX).

"I am excited and honored to take on a role as BOD. I look forward to seeing HiFive grow and assist in any duties that will strengthen HiFive," Yiyuan stated, "Congrats also for your success to date with the current IPO."

HI-FIve™ has seen a flurry of IPO shares sold since it's November 21st product demonstrations that debuted a prototype of the next generation of HI-FIve™ Television, a cutting edge design that is heads and shoulders above anything else available in Second Life. The next generation is set to debut for the consumer market later this month.

There are approximately 330,000 shares of HIFI(SLCAPEX) still available during it's IPO stage, which is not expected to last much longer.

Many investors on all four exchanges lament the need for more product driven companies to be listed--according to Bart Heart of VHI(VSTEX), over 40% of listed companies are Investment Firms, many of which largely invested in other listed companies including other investment firms--and the recent success of Milos Designs (MLS : SLCAPEX) belies the market demand for such listings.

HIFI(SLCAPEX) is that and more.

HI-FIve™ is a dynamic new company that in addition to it's SL Multimedia product offerings is also making inroads with Real Life Businesses looking to make presences within Second Life.

CEO Tue Torok was the lead designer for the recently released Danish Viewer for Second Life, and recieved a commendation from Linden Labs for his efforts.
