Brittany Bay Resorts Pays Dividend for December

For SLReports.net Receives 2-Star Luminos Dividend Rating...
Brittany Bay Resorts (BAY : SLCAPEX) posted December Financials and a L$0.01 dividend earlier this month, receiving a 2-Star Luminos Rating. BAY(SLCAPEX) has paid a L$0.01 dividend in 3 of the 5 applicable periods, which just narrowly disqualified it for a 3-Star Rating, which it will achieve if a dividend is paid for the January reporting period, and gives it a 6DYA of L$0.05.
In his Report and Forward Guidance CEO Bogart Beck stated, "December was a very busy month for me in RL, however, we managed to show a reasonable profit for the month - primarily via sale of stock in the BAY portfolio. The amphitheater multimedia system (HIFI : SCAPEX) is not online yet - I'll get it done as soon as Tue and I can hook-up (our schedules have been conflicting)."
"It looks like the Phoenix Distribution (SL Capex: PHX) storefront is just about complete on the southeast quadrant of the SIM. I'm encouraged that the PHX Management team has been proactive in resolving its Executive revolving door. I believe Arnaud will do a great job getting PHX out of the ashes and on to the battleground."
"We have yet another new tenant rezzing on the SIM. My good freind Jinny Jonesford will be putting up her original full-line womanswear line in the storefront immediately west of the Bo Beck Gallery as well as my menswear line. Look for a Grand Opening sometime in late January."
