SECOND LIFE, TALYN, 19 AUG 2007 - Jasper Tizzy, CEO of Countless Galaxies (ISE: CGI) announced today the intention of six ISE-listed companies to delist from the International Stock Exchange and move to the startup, nearly-unknown exchange "VSTex.net. "

From IM, published with permission from jasper Tizzy:

[17:42]  jasper Tizzy: 08.20.07 - HALT all tradding on AVC And Delist now!  AVC and CGI has made the decision to halt tradding and delist from the ISE effective asap.  We will be listing again at a new exchange within 7 days.  A group update will be done, so all investors please accept the group invite. We will notify all investors of the new listing at the new exchange via group notice. If you are 25 group full, please IM jasper Tizzy for more information.
[17:43]  Xavier Mohr: Wow

International Stock Exchange CEO Cocky Dagger informed me privately, "... we wish them well." Developments will be posted as appropriate.

Stay tuned to SLReports.net for more information.

Each day I've to check 5 SL stock exchanges, each day I've to move money between
stock exchanges. ... Who wants to start with a 6th stock exchange?

SL needs
only one or two stock exchanges (second stock exchange is only needed to allow
competition). I'm pretty sure that no one of the current stock exchanges CEOs
will start a stock exchange merge action. I propose another solution: a super
stock exchange web-portal allowing to trade shares on all old and new SL stock
exchanges using one user interface, one pool of money.

I build a prototype
software to create / cancel orders independent of stock exchanges. I'm using it
already. Thus it is possible.

Well Jasper, weird thing. I really like both you *and* Cocky. I hope things work
out well for both of you. I find your decision really confusing but I am sure
deep down you have the interests of your investors at heart. Good Luck in all
your endeavors. -- Xavier
