For SLReports.net CEO Beck Will Hold a Combined Meeting with Investors and General Public....
Bogart Beck, CEO of BTX(SLCAPEX), BIG(SLCAPEX) and BAY(SLCAPEX), has announced that all three firms will hold a combined Annual Meeting on Friday, January 2nd, 2009, 6:00 PM SLT.
On the agenda are discussion of 2008 Results for each company, nomination and election of 2009 Board of Directors for 2009 fiscal year for each company, discussion of 2009 goals and objectives for each company, and Shareholder Q&A.
In the official press release Beck added, "I anticipate that this session will run for at least 90 minutes if not longer depending on shareholder attendance and participation. Minutes of the annual Shareholder Meeting will be published in the SL CapEx Forums for those unable to attend." TOP NEWS:
