For SLReports.net

Intlibber Brautigan, CEO of Brautigan and Tuck Holdings (BNT : ACE), announced a new project with long-time strategic partners, Surreal Estates. The development project is aimed at build an Italian language learning facility for a corporate customer of Surreal Estates in Italy. More details will be forthcoming upon completion of the project.

Brautigan also used the opportunity of the press release to address recent accusations that have been leveled that claim, in part, that BNT is behind on payments to Surreal Estates and or Linden Labs.

"Some less than honest individuals have tried to imply that the fact that our tier boxes with Surreal are locked that this somehow implies that we are not in full payment with Surreal. In fact, the boxes are locked simply so that the proprietary cash flow scheduling information of BNT could not be used against us by individuals acting on an inimical agenda."

Some of these accustions took place in the form of a press release from financial sector watchdog Jimmy Bligh, whose statement titled "Could This Be The Final Straw That Breaks The Financial Community?" appeared throughout the SL press in various forms on November 17th. It read, in part, "Is IntLibber Brautigan on his final days in SL? Surreal has locked his account today and SL has his Brautigan account locked since Oct 20th. This means he started to fall behind on tier payment on the 13th of Oct. LL gives you 7 days to get caught up, then after the 7 days LL locks the account and you have 30 days to get caught up. At this time IntLibber is on his 25th day of being locked out. What will happen if IntLibber loses all his land in SL?"

While the announcement of a new project in partnership with Surreal Estates, whose leading salesperson, Diana Held, works simultaneously for both BNT(ACE) and Surreal Estates, indicates that Surreal Estates and BNT(ACE) are on good footing, still the issue of the "Intlibber Brautigan" avatar's seeming disappearance from Second Life continues to surface, first heard by this reporter during the most recent Intlibber Brautigan appearance on Metanomics when the chat-bridge was hijacked by several people trying perpetuate the question of why Brautigan's avatar seems to have been locked or banned by Linded Labs.

Echoed by Bligh in his November 17th press release, "I know that when you take yourself out of search it is out of the web based search, not from under people in SL. I know this because I am not in search but you can still find me in search under people. Now to add to this, if you go under search "all" this is where it takes you out of search. Not entirely out of search but it says this on your profile page: "This resident has chosen to hide their profile from search." As you can see if you search my name "Jimmy Bligh" under all, the second search, since the first is your SL Profile. As you can see for IntLibber Brautigan, he does not show under "people" and the only way out of that is if you are suspended, frozen or banned. If you look under "all" you can compare my account with his and see that he has not taken his name out of search. Also to add to my findings, if you join any of his group on his profile, you will see his profile says he is in the group, but when you look in the group he is not there. There is no way of taking yourself out of the group and still have it on your profile. You can only hide your groups from your profile. Also every SL group has to have an owner and BNT Investors does not have an owner at this time."

I did as Bligh suggested, and indeed, some irregularities showed up in looking through the Ancapistan Capital Exchange member list in not being able to find Brautigan's main avatar.

When a person falls behind with Linden Labs in payment of tier or fees, this is the message that they recieve. "Don't worry; this billing failure will not prevent you from logging on with your Second Life account. We will simply try to bill your overdue balance again the next day. If we are unable to collect the amount due within seven (7) days, your account will be suspended pending payment for an additional thirty (30) days. During that time, you will not be able to log in to Second Life. Alt accounts may be placed into administrative hold and you may be logged out of active sessions during this time as well. Failure to resolve this billing issue by the end of the probation period may result in the cancellation of your account. If you have verified the accuracy of your billing information, and are not aware of other outstanding issues that would prevent billing, please contact us through the support portal (https://secondlife.com/support ) as soon as possible."

Today I interviewed Bligh regarding the statement made by Intlibber Brautigan in yesterday's press release, "It is known that Jimmy Bligh has repeatedly committed 'Slander per se' offenses against myself and BNT in the past and is the primary source of this false information. He is invited to look up the legal definition and liability of such actions in wikipedia."

"I thought I stated facts," Bligh replied today. " I just reported what I saw from Surreals website and the day I wrote it was the day they locked it. I just call it the way I see it. BNT is a larger one, not only is it a large land company, but an exchange, a bank/stock for the depositors. Im worried about the big dogs, the ones that can upset the balance of the stock exchanges."

"If IntLibber Brautigan---the avatar-- goes away, I'm pretty sure that all the BNT accounts go with it, since he owns them all." Bligh added. "If they take Brautigan account, then Linden Lab hits his BNT account--thats alot of deposits that are gone."

Linden Lab Knowledge base on Custom Surnames, "Upon creation of a Custom Surname, the account designated as owner is billed a $500 Setup fee plus the first annual $500 fee. On each anniversary date, the owner is billed $500 to retain Custom Surname ownership. Last names must clearly be an organizational or corporate name, and distinguished from personal last names. For example, Smith is not acceptable, but SmithCorp, SmithInc, SmithProducts or SmithConstruction are. Names that are clearly composite or made up (SecondLife, Agilent) will be considered."

"And when LL terminates an account they take everything except for USD," Bligh pointed out and then provided the text of the Second Life Account Holding documentation.

Second Life Account Holdings: When terminating Second Life accounts, Linden Lab will attempt to sell via the Second Life Auctions any virtual land holdings on the Second Life Mainland. Any money received from such auctions will be applied first to cover outstanding fees or charges due to Linden Lab; any remaining money from the sales will be returned to you. There will be no refunds or exchanges for any unused time on your subscription, Island purchases, Linden Dollars, or in-world objects, items, or content.

"The last sentance is the one that gets people." Bligh added.
