SL BAR ASSOCIATION BRINGS FIRST EVER VIRTUAL WORLDS LEGAL SPEAKER SERIES

The SL Bar Association is proud to present a four part speaker series on virtual world legal issues. The first seminar will take place on July 15, 2008 at 12:00 p.m., SL time. Solomon Cortes (in RL David Naylor) will be speaking on Virtual Worlds Legal Issues. Mr. Naylor will be discussing how existing law applies to virtual worlds and the possible legal developments arising out of their use.
Mr. Naylor is a partner with the European law firm Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP. FFW was the first large firm to open an office in Second Life.® Mr. Naylor specializes in working with technology, media, communications and IP focused businesses and investors. He is also the 2007-08 President of the SL Bar Association. This event is free and has been approved for continuing legal education credit by the State Bar of California and for CPD in the UK/Wales.
