Second Life Championship wrestling – the premier name in SL wrestling is a not for profit sports club that provides a place to wrestle for all SL residents regardless of race, religion, gender or species. Our goal is to promote professional wrestling in SL by providing quality entertainment to fans while giving wrestlers a comfortable and professional place to apply their trade. We are collective of likeminded people who are driven by a love of the sport and have a desire to see professional wrestling prosper in SL.
We at SLCW are guided by a common set of values: Providing a non discriminate and harassment free environment – everyone is welcome and entitled to enjoy the wrestling facilities free of harassment. We are a public place open to anyone who wishes to participate and adhere to our values and goals. Friendship and Fun – while in the ring we may be mortal enemies once out of the ring SLCW fosters an atmosphere of friendship and fun. Respect – we strive to develop a respect among peers and among all resident of SL. Development – we foster a nurturing culture providing residents a chance to develop and improve on several skill sets in a wide variety of areas. Non commercialism – our values will always supersede commercialism. Too many things in second life are all about the lindens – not us! We will never charge any admission to anyone who wants to watch our shows, nor will we charge any wrestler to use the arena. All revenue earned will be through voluntary donations – or through sponsorship (Via advertising boards and shop rentals) and will help cover a portion of our expenses. We are all about our values and professional wrestling – not Lindens! We at SLCW feel these values and common goals have propelled us into a leadership position as the top wrestling organization in second life. We look forward to a long and active future.
