3rd Annual SL Combat Expo By SL Hak The 3rd Annual SL Combat Expo will be held on Armory Island from May 17-19, 2008. The organizers have described the expo as an opportunity for Second Life weapons makers and developers to show case their corporate details to a broader audience, and an opportunity for real life companies to develop their marketing efforts within the virtual worlds.
This is a significant section within Second Life with little attention being given by the SL financial sector. This opportunity has been identified by ACE CEO Intlibber Brautigan who on 18 May will be presenting a session on "How to Organize an IPO Prospectus for your Company". Congratulations Intlibber I hope your endeavor is successful Weaponry within SL generates significant interest and revenue, there are some very talented creators who may be ripe for SL Venture Capitalists. A look around Armory Island is sure to impress. The expo commences 4pm (PST) on May 17 with a pre-opening party with the official opening at Armory Island at 5pm.
